Kendall Teachey CRNP and Dr. Elina Wells are an outstanding team. Professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly, I’ve never received better care as a patient. The entire team at Innova is wonderful to work with and the appointments make efficient use of time without ever feeling rushed, which is exceedingly rare for a doctor’s office, in my experience. I would recommend them both in a heartbeat.

Great place! Unusual experience with careful time management so that lobby waits are a few minutes. Excellent staff bottom to top. Really a unique client experience. You know the moment you step in to either facility. Have same day slots open every day to see a provider. Called at noon got an appt at 2:00.

I have been with Innova Primary Care since I moved to Huntsville about 5 years ago. I have been very pleased with the staff. They actually listen to what you have to say about how you're feeling. They do their best to make sure your questions are answered and if there is any additional information they can give, they don't hesitate. It matters to them that you understand what's going on with your body and have the tools you need in order help in your overall health journey.

The innova primary care team has been so great to work with. Each time I go to the doctor, the whole experience from the point of walking in the door to walking out of the door - great staff and wonderful service. Dr Diaz is the first primary care doctor I’ve ever had in my life that actually listens to me and wants to know me. I’m grateful to have such an awesome primary care doctor and team and innova care!

These people take the position of PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN to a new level! From the way you sign in, to almost no wait time in the lobby, to specific individualized care from a nurse practitioner AND a full-fledged doctor every time you are there.. I could not be more pleased or impressed. I only wish I could have started with them when I was a child. I am 58 years old now and literally every experience I've had with them has been positive. If you are looking for a family physician you need to start praying now that they will accept you!

Innova Primary Care is the absolute best, most efficient, medically thorough and proactive care practice around! My CRNP, Allison R, has been with me since joining the practice and is absolutely amazing! She’s knowledgeable, thoughtful and truly listens to my concerns. The nurse practitioners and physicians are best of the best. I’ve worked in healthcare more than 20 years, and can attest that the entire care team at Innova — from reception to lab to nursing staff to providers — genuinely cares for their patients and is committed to providing quality care. Grateful to have this team supporting me in my healthcare goals!

I usually go the Madison office, but today I was in Hsv, so I scheduled an appt with the office on Chateau. 10/10! I would definitely go back. The staff was very thorough and caring. I felt very comfortable there. I appreciated them diving right into what I had going on. Imaging has already been scheduled for tomorrow. Great experience!

I had my first visit with this practice and couldn’t have been more impressed. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and I was seen right on time. Both the CRNP and the physician took the time to listen and never made me feel rushed. They were very knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, and it was clear they stay current with the latest research and recommendations. It’s not always easy to find a primary care team that makes you feel heard and supported. I’m so glad I found this practice and would highly recommend them.

I am always well cared for at Innova! Every staff member is kind, compassionate and thorough in helping me feel my best! I appreciate the efficiency in how this office is run. My only “complaint” (if there is one) is that sometimes it would be nice to be able to actually speak to someone on the phone as opposed to using the portal. The portal is useful and they are always quick to respond, but sometimes a quick conversation is all that’s needed. Especially when it comes to billing, or glitches with scheduling. Thanks, Innova, for your excellent care of me and my family! You all are great!
